I’m trying out something new in my shop. Instead of just engraving & sealing a copper disc, I am adding an extra step. After engraving the image, I am adding color! The first one is in my shop now: a Canadian hemlock image:

First, I hand-engraved the metal with the image I want. I also engraved the back with my business name, the year, my initials, and ‘made with love’, Then I added the color. Once the ink was dry, I sealed the entire charm to keep away fingerprints and make sure the ink won’t be rubbed off.
